This is one of my proudest moments. I was a junior at Columbia College in my competitive Advertising Workshop class. I was the account manager in the beginning but as the story tells, it was all hands on deck. At the end of the project, I was the account manager, media, strategist and IMC for the group of three. I was working with creative and creative was working with business. Leading this team felt natural to me. I am proud for what came about this campaign and it lead us to the semi-finals for the Effies!
During my second semester of junior year at Columbia College Chicago, I took Copywriting II. My final project was to create a campaign by ourselves. I had to find the current perception, do research and create a tagline. After this was done and justified, it was up to us to create the creative which included 3 print ads, 3 radio ads and 2 TV spots. I am an account manger but since I was doing the project by myself, I got to think like a creative. As my teacher told me, "Stop thinking like an account manager and put on your creative cap."
